Memorial Day Sleep-Over

Coco and Trey help Granny celebrate Memorial Day by coming for a Sleep-Over. (Taylor decided she wanted to have an evening as an "only child" - and we may have created a monster, because Teresa reports she likes it A LOT and wouldn't mind having it a perpetual state of affairs!)

After a very busy and very noisy dinner at Chuckee Cheese, we arrived at Granny's for some quieter activities...

Get out the lemons - we're going to do some "invisible writing"!

Trey always wants to have a "Hot Chocolate Tea Party" using Great Great Grandma's Hot Chocolate set ("very carefully," he tells his little sister, "it's ONE HUNDRED years old!").

"Chocolate is very good for you!" Coco asserts.

Ooops! I wonder if it's good for the table?!!

Well, if hot chocolate isn't good for the table, it may at least create a long-lasting memory on the table! Sounds like a fun evening for everyone. Brian and I used to take turns taking a different daughter out to dinner alone so we could have one-on-one time. I think it's great that Taylor got that!
